EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We hope you absolutely adore your new Ioschic piece(s), and feel incredible!

If that’s not the case (we understand sometimes things don’t quite work out), our team is here to either help you return or exchange your item for refund, a new style/size and/or store credit (depending on the item & sales condition you purchased under).

To initiate return and exchange requests login to our portal below and follow the instructions:

Note: you will need your Ioschic Order ID (#CW-USAXXXXX) and the email address the order was purchased under.

RETURN POLICIES
  • All returns, exchange and store credit requests MUST be processed via our returns portal (linked above). We reserve the right to reject returns that have not been initiated via our returns portal. 
  • Returns and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of a product’s* delivery.
  • All items must be returned “as new”, in a saleable condition, and must not have been washed, worn, or modified from their original condition.
  • All Items must be complete with their original tags, labels and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for returned items, which are not in saleable original condition. 
  • Swimwear must be returned with its hygiene liner in place. Swimwear without its hygiene liner will not be eligible for return or exchange. 
  • For hygiene reasons, jewelery, sleep masks and hairpieces (scrunchies, headbands, clips etc) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty. 
  • All gift cards are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

USA customers: return shipping labels can be automatically created on our returns portal above. Please note, the flat rate of USD 9 will be deducted from any return for a refund to cover return shipping & handling. Please note, that in the USA customers are eligible for 1 free exchange shipping label. 

Rest of World (ROW) customers: At this time, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide return shipping labels for our customers outside of the US. We understand this may be inconvenient and we are actively working on a solution. However, to facilitate the return process, we ask that you submit your return request through our portal and then return the item to one of our designated locations.

EXCHANGE POLICIES
  • 1 Free Exchange Policy: covers the return cost of full-priced items within the USA for item(s) returned for an exchange. 
  • Please note, that we are not able to offer free exchange or return shipping for orders from outside the USA. 
  • Sales items are excluded from our 1 Free Exchange Policy, and while these items may be eligible to be returned, the cost of return postage falls to the customer  
  • We are not able to offer refunds for costs incurred by returning garments, nor taxes incurred for the shipping of returns, or exchanges. 
  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of your product receipt date

SALE ITEMS: 

  • While we do accept the exchange of Sale Items, please note that a flat fee of USD 5 will be charged to cover shipping & handling.
  • Sale items can be returned for either an exchange, or as Ioschic online store credit (valid online only at www.ioschic.com). 
  • The value of the credit / exchange will be valued at the purchase price of the sale item(s) being returned (excluding shipping & handling charges). 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it can take 5-21 business days for a refund to be initiated. 

Once the refund is initiated you will receive an email from us, and funds will be returned to the original method of payment used on checkout. 

Refunds can take between 2-10 business days to appear on the account depending on the payment method used on checkout and your payment provider’s processing times.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY PRODUCT - WHAT DO I DO?

We’re stringent on our quality and check our products for any issues throughout production and before they ship out to you. If there are any issues with your product, please contact our team on support@ioschic.com with your order ID, and a detailed description and images of the issue so the team can assist you best.
