About Coupon Codes

  1. How do I use a coupon code?
    Add your favorite items to the cart, go to checkout, click “Show order summary,” enter your coupon code, and click “Apply.” If the code is valid, the discount will be reflected automatically.

  2. Are there any promotions or discounts?
    Yes! We regularly offer limited-time discounts on our website. Don’t forget to apply your promo code at checkout—discounts cannot be added after the order is placed.

  3. What if I forget to use a coupon code?
    Unfortunately, we can’t apply discounts retroactively. Please make sure to enter your code before completing your order.


About Orders

  1. Can I only place orders online?
    Yes. As an online-only brand, all purchases must be made through our website. It's the fastest and safest method.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

  3. Is it safe to shop on your website?
    Absolutely. ioschic uses secure encryption and is verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. Your personal and payment details are protected at all times.

  4. How will I know if my order was successful?
    You’ll receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once your package is shipped, we’ll send a second email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder and make sure your email is correct.

  5. Can I make changes to my order?
    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@ioschic.com and we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

  6. Can I track my shipment?
    Yes! Once your tracking number is ready, we’ll email it to you. You can also track your package via the delivery carrier’s website.

  7. Can I cancel my order?
    If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@ioschic.com to request cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it.

  8. What if I received the wrong or a defective item?
    We’re sorry to hear that! Please email support@ioschic.com within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, item name or code, photos of the issue, and a description—we’ll resolve it promptly.


About Delivery

  1. Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, we offer global shipping.

  2. Do you deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (BFPO)?
    Yes, but please ensure your order is under $50 and avoid selecting express shipping.

  3. Will I be charged customs or import fees?
    Depending on your country, you may be charged customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We usually declare low values to help avoid this, but we can’t guarantee it. We recommend contacting your local customs office for exact details.

  4. How long does delivery take?
    Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
    Processing time: 1–5 business days
    Shipping time:

    • Flat Rate: 7–25 business days

    • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days

    • Express Shipping: 4–10 business days
      Note: Holidays, weather, and destination country (especially outside the U.S. or Canada) may affect delivery times.

  5. Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
    Yes! You can ship your order to a different location. If shipping to a business address, make sure to include the company name and recipient for smooth delivery.

  6. What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?

  1. How can I pay for my order?
    We accept PayPal payments. Even without a PayPal account, you can use credit/debit cards through their secure gateway.

  2. When will I be charged?
    Payment is processed once you confirm your order on the final checkout page. If there’s an issue, either your bank or our team will reach out to you.

  3. What if I forgot my password?
    Click “Forgot Password” on our login page and follow the instructions to reset it using your registered email.
