We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your items, we accept returns on most products within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email at support@ioschic.com to let us know which item(s) you wish to return and the reason. If the return is due to a quality issue, please include photos.

  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team to send the item(s) back.

  3. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items and approves your request (usually within 3–5 days), we will process a refund to your original payment method.


Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items should be in excellent condition, unworn, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Gifts must be returned unused and in good condition.

  • We do not accept returns sent without prior approval or notification.

  • Gifts that are lost, used, or damaged cannot be returned or may have their value deducted.

  • Swimwear is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Original shipping fees and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.


Please note, the following do not qualify as quality defects:

  • Minor loose threads, unfinished edges, fabric thickness or texture variations, and color differences due to monitor settings.

  • Returns based on personal preference, style, or color dissatisfaction.

  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, care, self-repair, or modifications.

  • Items marked as defective at purchase are not eligible for return.

  • Sizing issues do not count as quality problems; please consult our size chart before ordering.

  • Slight variations in design or measurements may occur between items of the same size.


Return Address

Before sending any returns, please contact Customer Service at support@ioschic.com with details of your return and any relevant photos for quality concerns. After receiving confirmation from our team, you may proceed with the return.

Please do not send items back to the address printed on your package without prior approval. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
